Cancellation Policy

Payments *Cash is the preferred form of payment on the day of your service, but I will accept Apple Pay or Zelle *$30 deposit for facials and lash lifts and $60 deposit for chemical peels via Apple Pay or Zelle is required to secure your appointment. If deposit is not sent your spot is NOT secured. *Please note deposits are non refundable and go towards your total cost. *If less than 24 hour notice is given or for no-show/no calls, your deposit it forfeited. Another deposit will be required to rebook at a later date/time. *Only 1 rescheduling opportunity is provided if original date/time is no longer is an option. If client needs to reschedule an additional time they forfeit their deposit and must resubmit if they want to book again. Late Arrival *Please plan accordingly your commute, watch my 2nd pinned reel explaining where and how to locate Sunkissed Skin Esthetics, so we can make the most out of your appointment. *If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $10 fee will be added to your total. *If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled resulting in forfeited deposit or shorted session (paying for full service). Health and Safety *If you are feeling unwell (fever, cold, flu, contagious symptom), please reschedule your appointment. *If you have open cuts, active cold sores, or infections in the treatment area, service will be postponed until healed. *No children or pets allowed in the treatment room to maintain a safe and relaxing environment *Each tool and equipment are sanitized and disinfected between each client for protection. Treatment Consent All clients must complete a consent form before undergoing any treatment. Sunkissed Skin Esthetics policies are placed to provide clear expectations for clients, promote fairness and consistency, manage risks, and streamline decision- making and processes, ultimately contributing to a stable, ethical, and efficient small business. The policies are here to protect I, the provider as well as you, the consumer. The policies listed above are strictly enforced; however, I am open to communication and understand emergencies may occur.
